Infant/Child CPR Course
This is a non-certified class specific to new parents, It provides a great introduction to safely care for infants and children. This is a 2 hour class that includes the following: Infant and child CPR, Choking, Artificial Respiration and Basic First Aid.

Returning to Work Class
This class is designed to help you with the hurdles you may come across when returning to work. We will be covering the following topics: Maintaining milk supply, NYS Laws & Regulation: FMLA, Pumping, etc. Missing your baby, Weaning from breast to bottle. To supplement or not to supplement, Full tim vs. Part time.

Introduction to Breastfeeding Class
This class is for pregnant parents who are condidering or planning to breastfeed. Topics will include: getting a good start, what to know prenatally, what to expect in the hospital and first days at home; Positioning, weight gain, and what is "normal". Bring a list of all of your questions about breastfeeding, everything will be answered!
